After 2020, it'd be easy (and completely understandable) to feel like you’re barely keeping it together.
Because 2020 was one helluva year, wasn’t it?
COVID-19. Political Upheaval. Toilet Paper Wars. Homeschooling. Re-working the workplace. Pandemic restrictions. Travel bans. Solo or small birthdays and holidays.
It’s been exhausting.
2020 was a stressful year, but it’s over. You made it.
Now it’s time to leave 2020 behind and hit that reset button!

Traditionally, R+R has meant rest and relaxation.
Now, more than ever, you need to know that you're not alone and support is available.
Whatever challenges and celebrations, progress and setbacks you experienced in 2020, it’s time to create an opportunity for reflection so that you can create what you want this year from clean, clear energy.
It's time to move past the challenges.
It's time to make space for what you want more of.
Creation takes time.
Consider the flower that starts as a seed. It germinates, silently, in the dark and then grows, reaching for the light and finally blooms, becoming the beautiful creation it was always meant to be.
And so it is with you.
Clearing the energy of 2020 makes room in your life so you mindfully create what you most want in 2021, giving yourself the gift of clarity and renewed energy.

I know what you may be thinking.
It’s February, and your resolutions are already made. Or maybe you were too exhausted to even make any.
But we all know how well resolutions usually turn out, don’t we?
The truth is that January 1 holds no magic pill and a reset can happen any day of any week of any month.
A reset will happen in our day and a half of R+R in February.
There’s something lovely about doing this work in February, a month traditionally associated with love.
R+R 2021 will give you the space to take a deep breath, acknowledge what you went through in 2020, and begin creating a new vision for 2021.
R+R is a gift for your mind, body and soul.
2020 was a year of contraction.
Contraction and expansion make up a never-ending cycle.
